01Acceptance of the terms

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the access to and use of the Groza Group website and of the client account, operated by General Group Groza SRL ("Groza Group", "we"). By using the website or creating an account you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

General Group Groza SRL is a European property group offering architecture and construction services (Build Art), wooden modular homes (Modular Art), property maintenance subscriptions (Maintenance Art) and real estate development, with activities in București, Dublin and Paris. 03Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• The information you provide at registration — including your name and a valid phone number — must be accurate and kept up to date; we use it to contact you about your requests and projects.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and email inbox secure. Sessions are confirmed with one-time codes sent to your email address.
• Accounts created through Google or Telegram are subject to these same Terms.
• We may suspend or delete accounts that provide false data, abuse the platform or attempt to compromise its security.

04Information on the website

The content of this website — including model configurations, indicative prices, timelines and the cost calculator — is presented for information purposes and does not constitute a binding offer. Every project is confirmed through an individual quote and, where applicable, a written contract signed by both parties. In case of any difference between the website and a signed contract, the contract prevails.

05Quotes and service requests

Submitting a request through the website is free of charge and does not oblige you to purchase anything. We normally reply within 24 hours on working days. Prices communicated in quotes are expressed in euro (EUR) and are valid for the period stated in the quote.

06Maintenance Art subscriptions

Selecting a subscription plan on the website is a request, not a payment: our team contacts you to conclude the subscription contract, which sets out the billing method, the start date and the exact scope of services. Monthly plan prices shown on the website (Home, Business, Premium Care) are indicative and exclude spare parts and materials unless stated otherwise. You may cancel your subscription request at any time from your account; cancellation of an active contract follows the notice period agreed in that contract.

07Intellectual property

All content of this website — texts, photographs, drawings, logos, model names and the "The Art of Building" identity — belongs to General Group Groza SRL or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

08Prohibited conduct

• Using the website for unlawful purposes, or in a way that may damage or overload it.
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or non-public areas of the platform.
• Submitting false requests or impersonating another person or company.
• Automated scraping or bulk extraction of content without permission.

09Liability

The website is provided "as is". We take reasonable care that the information published is accurate and the platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and we are not liable for damage caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the applicable law, including our contractual obligations and statutory construction warranties, which are governed by the individual contracts signed with clients.

10Third-party services

Sign-in with Google or Telegram, and contact through WhatsApp, rely on third-party services governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for those services.

11Changes and termination

We may update these Terms; the current version, with its revision date, is always published on this page and significant changes will be announced on the website. You may stop using the website and ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to support@grozagroup.com.

12Governing law

These Terms are governed by Romanian law and the applicable EU legislation. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Romanian courts. Consumers retain all rights granted by the mandatory consumer protection legislation of their country of residence, including access to the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
